Hair Care

Shampoo and deep condition your raw hair/wig every two weeks. For curly hair, deep condition weekly. 

Shampoo your extensions by dipping in and out of warm water. Do not scrub them to avoid tangling. We recommend any sulfate, paraben free moisturizing products for washing.

Please do not attempt to detangle your extensions using shampoo. Instead, detangle your extensions while using conditioner. Please let conditioner sit within your extensions for at least 15 minutes.

For conditioning, seal hair with conditioner and let sit for 5-15 mins  and detangle in sections, using a Denman brush from end to root gently.  Lightly and gently massage the extensions. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal cuticles. AIR DRYING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for best results. 

 

For straight and curled extensions, do not use heat settings higher than 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit. A heat protectant and silk oil is recommended for hot tool styling.

To achieve flatness on your closure or frontal, use a hot comb.

For curly/kinky extensions, please apply foam to your extensions after washing. Use foam on the hair to define your curls.
